Welcome to my updated webpage with a brand new name and a brand new way of helping others get healthy!

Throughout the last year I have been moving more in the direction of sharing my passion and knowledge in holistic nutrition, clean eating, ingredient education and toxin free living. I began to notice it was harder to share this information under my “Pure Sweat Project” name since that mostly focused on the fitness aspect of how I love to help others.

This is the launch of lindsayamilian.com with an all-around goal of highlighting all the areas that I feel led to help others in Fitness, Dance, Family, and in Nutrition!

Our skin is the largest organ we have in our bodies. It’s the one boundary we have to protect us from outside exposure but it’s often the first layer we take the biggest risks with unknowingly loading up on toxins and chemicals.

These helpful quick set tips provided are a combination of things we have learned from the Beachbody workouts, but will also be sets that we personally create and design ourselves.
